Dr. Saurabh Srivastava One of the major impediments being faced by the potential investors is enterprise development and scaling-up of the businesses. It is very important to work closely with entrepreneurs to change their mindset about the equity investment, sensitize them about the peculiarities of debt financing in comparison to equity, guide them in developing a business which is world class focusing not only on money, but all three capitals, namely, Natural capital, Human capital, as well as Physical capital. In the light of the climate change issues, it is of utmost importance to ensure that the businesses grow by contributing to the eco-system positively. The NVI Steering Committee under the leadership of the past Chairman, Dr. Nachiket Mor, the current Chairman, Mr. Vijay Chandok, and the members decided to develop a network of individuals who are willing to guide the potentially sustainable enterprises pro-bono. Dr. Saurabh Srivastava, who is internationally renowned for his contribution towards enterprise development, and organizational skills, was kind enough to lead this initiative. This network is being developed for those successful individuals who have faced the challenges of enterprise development and scaling-up successfully and are willing to assist other entrepreneurs by sharing their experiences and wisdom. The members of the Coaches' Network will give one-on-one counseling to promising enterprises. They are highly regarded within our program as a key factor for sustainable enterprise growth.
